Since I have been at North Star I have been able to see the things that God might have in store for me more clearly. I can definately see that God is at work here at camp, and has many things in store for everyone associated with this ministry. I see that the changes that have been made here this year have helped to encourage the kids and expand their knowledge of God. The worship was my favorite part of the summer because I could tell that the Holy Spirit was alive and well, and will always be in this campus.

This was an amazing summer! It was so great to see the kids want to serve the Lord and be excited about learning how to do it! The worship was also really amazing this summer and I was very blessed by the words and songs that I was able to worship God with, according to the leadership of the band. The kids always looked like they were having such a great time worshiping our Lord. I was very excited to meet new staff and volunteers here at North Star, and I felt that we all stretched and helped to encourage each other in so many different ways. What an incredible summer to be able to look back on and truly say that I have grown and matured in all the different areas that I was blessed to be able to work within!

What an incredible opportunity it was to be a part of what God was doing up at North Star this summer. I have a passion for Christ and a calling to lead adults and young adults through worship music. I'm so glad that the staff at North Star saw the importance in worship and made sure that no one left that place without knowing that we have a Savior who loves us, died for us, and longs for us... That is why we are alive today; to share this with all who don't know, and to encourage those who do. It was an amazing summer up at North Star, and I can't wait to come back next year!
