Hi!  My name is Laura Geissinger, and I am the Program Director here at North Star Bible Camp.

Our youth summer camps are over for the season, but we had a successful summer!  Campers got to experience many new activities here- kayaking, rafting, paintballing, swing dancing, waterskiing, knee boarding, a Hawaiian themed dinner, etc.  There was a lot of energy spent here at camp while running around participating in all the activities we offered.  While it was fun to have all the activity and excitement, the most exciting part was that lives were changed here this summer! I saw God moving in the lives of campers and staff alike.  A number of kids committed their lives to the Lord for the first time.  We also had campers decide that they wanted to make a public statement of their faith and get baptized here. 

It was an exciting summer!  I pray that God will continue to use this experience to shape and challenge all who were involved.  Thank you all for your help and participation in making this summer happen!  I appreciate all that the staff did, and I appreciate and respect the sacrifices parents made so their children could come join us here.
